Product information

All products presented and marketed on this website were entirely designed by NationalRacers3D and are produced under our supervision using the most advanced technologies currently in the field of 3DP. All products are produced using SLS (Nylon PA11) or HP Multijet Fusion (Nylon PA12) 3DP technologies, designed and produced in Europe and USA (Design: Oeiras - Portugal. Production: Scorzè (VE) ITALIA, Eindhoven - Netherlands and New York - United States of America).

At present, production using SLS technology is exclusively available at the Shapeways.com store (see other points of sale), allowing productions in various colors and finishes.

At Nationalracers3d.com and all other official points of sale (except on Shapeways.com where you can choose 2 types of 3DP technology - SLS / Multi Jet Fusion), our products are produced by HP Multi Jet Fusion technology, which guarantees superior resolution and greater mechanic resistance in all the 3 axes (x, y, z) for all designs we create. All items produced by this technology are only available in black.

Availability

NationalRacers3D site informs the customer the exact number of available units in our stock. Under no circumstances will NationalRacers3D intentionally sell more units than it has in its warehouse to be supplied/shipped immediately.

In the event that a product does not have available stock or is awaiting replacement, it will always be possible to receive your order via message in order to book, or request production of a particular item. Our system does not allow the registration of orders without stock available to completely satisfy the number of items ordered. Alternatively, you can contact us by message and request the reservation of the missing items. As soon as the product is available, we will contact you in order to complete the ordering process. The replacement of stock whenever requested by a specific order from a customer will be made within a maximum period of 10 days.

NationalRacers3D will do everything possible to please all its Customers in the demand for the products. However, at times, and due to causes that are difficult to control by NationalRacers3D, such as human errors or incidents in the computer systems, it is possible that the amount reflected in the website differs from the actual stock in our warehouse to satisfy the orders of the Clients.

In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email of the circumstance, offering an alternative, total or partial refund or replacement by another article of the same characteristics and price, at the discretion of the customer the total or partial cancellation of the order.

Prices

All the prices of the products indicated through the website are Retail Prices, include VAT and other taxes that may apply except for orders from countries outside the EU, which are exempt from VAT. However, these prices do not include the expenses corresponding to the shipment of the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the Client.

Expenses with any customs fees to which orders may be subject depending on the final destination of the transport service, are always the customer's responsibility.
