Shipping general

All orders will be sent through the CTT Registered Mail with agreements in all countries with delivery service supported or as an option MRW Express for some final locations, more info…

The safest way to send goods up to 2 kg. Exclusive circuit treatment. Information on the status of the shipment. Proof of shipping and delivery. Insurance included in case of loss, damage or total spoilage.

Deadline, for Portugal 1-3 working days. Europe about 3-5 working days. For the rest of the world about 5-10 working days*.

The shipping costs are shown during the purchase process, according to the delivery address entered and already include taxes.

Delivery time may change depending on the destination area, from 1 to 10 days. The delivery times are subject to the organization of the routes of the destiny transport agency, so we can not guarantee a schedule of delivery. Orders are processed immediately according with available stock indicated in each item, for orders that are not immediately available for delivery, you can place your order with reservation, the estimated production times are a maximum of 10 business days.

Orders, unless otherwise requested, are always shipped in a single shipment.

*These are the indicative delivery times for the main destinations and do not include the customs clearance time, if necessary.

Shipping EU

The commercialization of NationalRacers3D products is made in individual customized packaging invoiced from Portugal – EU and subject to B2C applicable taxes (VAT).

The final amount to be paid with the respective taxes applied is presented in the check-out process to be approved by the customer.

NationalRacers3D will not charge any extra taxes or specific rates of the destination area or country. These taxes depends on the specific customs legislation of the end destination and must be supported by the customer at the destination, so we regret not being able to inform you of the amount of these fees or there application regime.

Shipping Rest of the world

The commercialization of NationalRacers3D products is made in individual customized packaging invoiced from Portugal – EU and all international shipments B2C outside the EU are exempt from VAT.

The final amount to be paid free of taxes (exempt from VAT) is presented in the check-out process to be approved by the customer.

NationalRacers3D by COR Expressa, Lda will not charge any extra taxes or specific rates of the destination area or country. These taxes depends on the specific customs legislation of the end destination and must be supported by the customer at the final destination, so we regret not being able to inform you of the amount of these fees or there application regime.

Returns

All products purchased at NationalRacers3D.com may be returned and refunded, provided that the Customer communicates to NationalRacers3D their intention to return the product/s purchased within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery and that comply with the rest of the conditions established in this section.

With the aim of providing Customers with the return process and being able to follow it properly, NR3D establishes as the only return procedure described below. If the reason for the return is attributable to NationalRacers3D (the product is defective, it is not the one you requested, etc.), the cost of the return will be refunded. If the reason is different (the products were served correctly but are not to your liking), the cost of the return costs will be borne by the customer.

We will accept returns that meet the following requirements:

a) Report within 14 calendar days of receipt that the product wants to be returned. The information can be made via email to nationalracers@gmail.com or through the customer service form. NationalRacers3D will inform the customer of the address to which the product should be sent.

b) The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.

c) The shipment must be made using the same box in which it has been received to protect the product. For the case that can not be done with the box with which it was delivered, the Customer must return it in a protective box so that the product arrives at the warehouse of NationalRacers3D with the maximum possible guarantees.

d) A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package, where the returned products are also marked and the reason for the return.

e) The customer can send it through a shipping service of their choice as long as it accompanies a tracking number.

f) You must inform NationalRacers3D of the service used, date and time of the return.

g) The shipment must be made to our warehouse at the following address:

Reimbursements

The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the cost of the returned products.

Only in the event that the delivered product is defective or incorrect, NationalRacers3D will also reimburse the Customer for the corresponding shipping costs.

Returns and partial cancellations will result in partial refunds.

NationalRacers3D will manage the return order under the same system that was used for the payment within 3 days from the confirmation of arrival in the warehouse of the returned order.
