Important information to all our customers about changes to the export of goods to the USA.

As of August 26, our usual carriers, as well as most carriers shipping from Europe to the United States, have suspended services to that destination.

As you may be aware, on July 30, the United States Government announced an Executive Order outlining changes to customs obligations and processes for goods being imported into the USA.

As of August 29, parcels from all countries entering the USA will be subject to tariffs (due).

The long-standing US de minimis rule will be suspended globally starting August 29, 2025, meaning all shipments from all countries to the US will now be subject to applicable taxes and duties, regardless of goods value. The de minimis rule previously allowed international small businesses to send low-value goods under $800 to the US without any additional charges.

NationalRacers3D is temporarily pausing shipping orders to the US until the tariff processing system is in place, but we expect long delays and backlogs at US customs when the new changes take effect.

We are still confirming whether shipments under $100 can be processed, as preliminary information indicates these amounts would be outside the current customs/duty conditions for goods shipped to the United States. We are awaiting confirmation on this matter.

Our regular carriers are working closely with US authorities and international partners to manage the impact of these changes, which will affect everyone shipping goods to the US.
